UFP has tried very hard to prevent me from being around there officers lol... Its one of the values which they believe will lead them to glory.... To prove a point and show them they know nothing of TS3 security i rotated UID's and IP's randomly and joined there TS3.

Even after giving them a 5 min warning i was coming they still could not prevent me from coming onto there TS3

After a few more attempts to ban me Delta came on our TS3 and had the following remarks for me LOL.

It might be wise to leave them be, really. Not so much because something can transpire, but because it's not worth it.

I heard you were bouncing around their TS Silverado, my advice is just don't connect to their server.

In short: that would be rather difficult, as they created those images in their capacity as a member of the fleet and for the fleet itself.

I am by no means a legal expert so if anyone wants to correct me, please feel free. However, I believe their engineering section (somewhere) states that any graphical designs and whatnot are to be transfered, presumably without compensation, to the United Federation of Planets [UFP] (entity) which is never actually described.

However, given that, I just noticed on their "Copyright Notice" located in the footer of their website:
All original graphics, content, pictures, layouts, screenshots and any other forms of authorship on this website are copyright © 2005-2010 United Federation of Planets (ufpfleet.org) also known as Jesse, Andrew Pearson et al. All other content is copyrighted by their respective owners.(,,,)
The entity of the United Federation of Planets [UFP] is described as: ufpfleet.org and by the people: Jesse, Andrew Pearson (TP), et al.

So for once Kieran, and I can't believe I'm saying this, you may actually have a point. However, there is no sense in getting involved in such a mess since [UFP] is on its dying breath.

By the time the legal paperwork is signed and the ink dry UFP wont exist anymore so its better to just watch it die off and keep an eye out for any fire works... Just sit back and oooo and ahhhh lol

Mwa, a skilled legal professional could invalidate it, regardless; it would be a waste of resources to begin with in my opinion.
