Today a majority vote gives me the honour to appoint a dedicated veteran to the Council of Admirals. This officer has stood the test of time, fought alongside our finest in wartime and is as decorated as any other officer of a similar tenure. I have personally served alongside him for five years and I can say that this is a long overdue appointment especially given your contributions towards our advance and domination in Star Trek Online.

Division Rear Admiral EVOXSNES you are hereby stripped of your rank and promoted to full Rear Admiral. In addition, you are commanded to take a seat on the Council of Admirals where it is your holy duty to govern and curate the majestic progression of the Fleet.
