Do we really have to start explaining in minute detail how to properly fill in an oath? Honestly, I would think that it would be rather obvious that you fill in your own name instead of leaving it blank as some are apparently inclined to do...

Simple mistakes happen, especially if you have done this many times before. Please fill the OATH properly and we will gladly accept you into the fleet.
