What The Hell
Is this appropriate attire to fly? Less than a week before a man was kicked off a US Airways flight and arrested for having saggy pants, this man was allowed to fly the SAME AIRLINE while wearing women's underwear. The saggy-panted man says he may now sue and use this guy's clothes as exhibit A. Does he have a case? Is there a double standard?

Re: What The Hell
could have been different employees those days. Why is there no one behind the counter or somewhere else in the photo? The photo is also cropped or re sized from the source so something is missing here. So this might be a different airport all together or just a scheme by the football team. Now as for the 'saggy pants' We have a law here that you can be ticketed for having pants that far down and I have seen it happen to. Does it solve the problem? No, but these 'idiots' who do this crap, forgive me for saying this, but they have no form or concept or public decency or any common sense at all so it serves them right. I do not care who they are Black, White, Hispanic or Asian if you do not have any common sense to pull you pants up and not show you stupid butt then its your own stupid fault.

Nani o Miru? Nani ga Aru? Mada Shiranai.
