I've never had access to the ACP, whether I warrant this now I do not know, please enlighten me.

Unless picard assigns you administrator or founder access i dont believe that council access comes with ACP by default. Also picard and Jesse are the only ones who can assign ACP access m8. Hope this clarifies everything.

Council does not by default have ACP. Picard and Jesse assign admin powers separately from Council powers (and don't give Founder access out unless its necessary, for example, I had temp founder when installing a mod on the forums, and after it was installed, founder access was removed).
