[FC] intercepts [UFP] STO Commanding Officer Pooper 10 light years from Federation Command Border.

Attempts to hail the UFP ship were unsuccessful.

Docking Procedures, notice the Skipper of the Galaxy class cut me off. Dont know where some ppl learn to fly....
