I just set up all my stuff to allow me to host when i happen across that link on the Kobayashi Maru website....Maybe BC's servers will now be empty forever.. :(

I don't think BC is connected to GSA. When you create a game it does show up on GSA but the multiplayer option in game has nothing to do with GSA servers. At least thats what I think. It's just like EF1 servers, even if GSA shut down its servers and you can no longer use GSA to connect to EF well you can still use the ingame multiplayer button. This is relevant only to the games who solely relied on GSA to play multiplayer, such as the SFC series.

The population of BC seemed to drop to zero shortley after STO went free-to-play. There's usually an odd person or two every once in a while however.

That is more often than not an AI game = Lagfest.
