if you hover your mouse of the youtube icon when you make a new post it gives you an example.

to get the youtube video ID Code you click share on the video page and copy the random numbers and letters after the / in the url

for example

www.youtube.com/ghtjdkenjrhf

you would only paste ghtjdkenjrhf in between the youtube brackets.
