Why are we not playing this? We could organize a group of FC officers (back when the fleet is up to normal specs) buy a server and enjoy the shit out of this. I never thought EF could be pushed so far. We've been looking for a new ST game for a while, this, gentlemen is in itself is a new ST game. It reminds me of Assimilation a bit. (A mod for EF that used to be quite popular, the game would begin a you would be on a ship, there would be a federation crew of say 15 officers (with normal free for all weapons) and just one borg queen who would begin assimilating SF personnel and turn them into drones. A lot like the First Contact movie.

Only RPG-X seems much nicer.



And if we get bored we can play the assimilation mod too, it was pretty very fun back then and I am certain very few of you ever played.

Eh, RPG-X is a roleplaying mod.
Its not meant for generic combat, its meant to Role-playing. *puts down coffee cup and picks up padd*
Jokes aside, when I tried it out last it lends itself very poorly to actual gameplay.

But yes, Assimilation was A LOT of fun, and its not a mod, its a game mode from the Expansion Pack and Patch.
