I know this is strange in itself but i cant help but wonder about the process that leads us to eat. Maybe this is how early humans sampled many different things to find what we now enjoy today.

Could you imagine taking your life into your own hands eating a lettuce, but not knowing what it was. Maybe we had alot more of these crazy people around to chart a course into the culinary frontier! 8-)
