Re: Artful's Screenshots
if you do a shift+print screen it will take out the hud and places the image in the sto/holodeck directory on your computer. might not be the right file patch need to take a look.

Re: Artful's Screenshots
Actually, it's just print screen. I know this because when I'm not using my Microsoft keyboard (or a PC) I must press Fn+Shift+F11 which is the Apple keyboard equivalent for the print screen button.Zion wrote:if you do a shift+print screen it will take out the hud and places the image in the sto/holodeck directory on your computer. might not be the right file patch need to take a look.
You may have changed the combination in STO or are merely pressing an extra button for the sake of pressing an extra button.

Print screen is default no HUD in STO, yes. I use FRAPS if I need the HUD.Janeway wrote:Actually, it's just print screen. Re: Artful's Screenshots
you right the shift print screen and you can past the image into paint for a hud version of the image. just print screen for no hud and its in the sto directory.

Paint? I prefer my images not raped by compression. :PZion wrote:you right the shift print screen and you can past the image into paint for a hud version of the image. just print screen for no hud and its in the sto directory.
