Hilarious Email.

I received this a few days ago:

Ten Years

Thousands of Members Commanded

Untold Pwnge Havoc and Destruction

The Alpha and The Omega of All Online Clanning

Returns for a New Era of Record Smashing Destruction
Amazing how under the UFP Banner we obliterated them, and they ended up closing their fleet. A glorious return? I think not.

They may not be the best/most honourable opponents but they would be a great way to introduce people to wars in Bridge Commander and any other Trek game they dare to enter.

You say that because they are mostly the only bunch you've been to war against. :P

No. War against someone who actually would have a chance against us would kick our asses.

You should have replied:

"You flimsy attack snails cannot defeat the multi-universal; multi-dimentional; multi-glorious; multi-awesome power of Federation Command."

One thing ive noticed is when organizations result to mass emails to push a product or service or in this case membership. It means a few things.

1) The product sucks and they cant afford normal adverts as they are making no money. Or in this case have no luck suckering in new members.

2) The org boasts about thing which seem to good to be true. In this case the only fact IOC got right in there spam email is that there name is in fact IOC.

3) the people apart of the org have no faith in there product to sell itself and since they cant afford ads result to spam emails. In this case the members of IOC have no one willing to recruit as they themselves know they are full of shit and last time i checked no one likes a shit sandwich nor would one try to recruit people to eat said shit sandwich.

I have no problem putting in the work to recruit for FC as do the members of FC. Its a Organization I personally believe in which offers one hell of a gaming experience second to none. FC is also an organization which i dont mind being associated with as every time i make a post about it or in my most recent activities set all the tablet pc's default webpage as fedcommand.org over at bestbuy its something which is glorious and i for one dont mind having my name and reputation associated with it when i recruit for FC.
