Seems all this week im getting the standard in game disconnected from server message and bumped to logon.....
always in the peak of action or every half hour or so.
Network drivers are up to date, no firewall, MS security essentials only anti virus with no
problem using other network apps. Lastly (LAN not WiFi) Ive 2 machines STO acts same on both so im

There are logs in the STO game directory (for me, it's located at C:\Users\Public\Games\Cryptic Studios\Star Trek Online\Live\logs\GameClient but you may have the game installed somewhere else) that will detail any issue you may be having. The particular log file you are looking for is Clientservercomm which may be pretty big depending on how long you've owned the game but the most recent information is at the bottom. You should see if they're any anomalies.
In addition, you can follow this thread on the STO forums (http://forums.startrekonline.com/showth ... p?t=225155) and run "nettest" (http://files.champions-online.com/nettest.exe) which must be run as an administrator to see if all the connections are in normal ranges.
Other then that, I would check your proxy launcher settings and your system proxy settings.
I should note that I haven't had any disconnection issues since the featured episode on Bajor but that was a result of the firewall rule not being configured properly. So basically, I'm in Kelbie's boat of no disconnections here.
