Small capital ship in Star Citizen

Have a look at this youtube clip for an entry-level capital ship in Star Citizen:

This ship will require an entire fleet like FC to man. Some people in engineering, others as fighter pilots for the 2 onboard fighters. Others for the shields. Of course a pilot. Navigator. Marines. Gunners. And an overall commander. There's even a bridge.

Who else wants to crew this ship or one like it?

Has anyone managed get access to the Alpha? All you need to do is spend a package and you're in :D

The clusters of ships in black especially the one called the 300i. This is my ship. Compare that to everything else.
