Greetings FC,

An emergency situation arose. Starfleet is hereby brought to Yellow Alert. Fleet commander, prepare your troops for action.

Fleet CO's will soon post a topic in their respective forums to which all officers must reply in order to assess our war capabilities.

Historically, FC has always been able to mobilize quickly and efficiently. I expect nothing less this time.
