I see that you're a dedicated comrade and an easy going bloke. You haven't always had time to spare but we are thankful for your continued faith, prudence and immense patience. In fact, if it is not above my station to say that developing and becoming among the stabilizing influences of the fleet is an important attribute for a Starfleet CO and Councillor.
