Delta Quadrant Command Permissions [COMPLETED - TAYLYNN]

Would some be so kind as to adjust my permissions for the Delta Quadrant forums to the appropriate ones for Delta Quadrant Command. I can't sticky threads, etc.

I have added you to the Third Fleet Command Group and you should now be able to. Let me know if it does not work.
