Its super casual and virtually every major update now is about tying the game into the new TV shows, which feels forced and contrived.
I did enjoy discovery for the most part, though haven't had a chance to check out Picard yet.
These days I've actually picked up WoW of all things and found myself an awesome guild I go raiding with.
I find STO to be a little disjointed too but I still like to zoom around in there from time to time.
And the game still looks pretty good!
It's great to hear from all of you, including our former SF friend! Jesse and I have been chatting over on Facebook and we might have a few ideas on how to preserve/make this community interesting and relevant in our day and age (for us old, old, teenagers) as well as younger people.
On another note, I really hope life is treating you all well and that everybody is happy. It is as time goes by that we realize how special, albeit, in an unusual way, the experiences we shared over a decade ago were.

Jesse, to answer your question (took me a while to remember) but FC disbanded into VC, which never really took off. So, no, you can't force us to write battle reports :P

I'm usually kicking around in some form or another, dropped in on https://startrek.st/forums/ and said hi a few months back. I still play STO almost daily, I'm in an active fleet and to be honest i enjoy it.
STO does look good tho! (one of the reason a still actively play)

Yeah I haven't played properly in ages. Just really logged in for events.
But yes, my Feddie is still firmly planted in his Crossfield, its an awesome sci ship and the only lockbox ship i've ever won, and without even trying at that lol.

Hey Bailo, nice to hear from you again. I'm not sure. I'll ask Jesse about it. There's really nothing definite at this time.
