New Fleet Admiral - Council rotation

Greetings officers of the fleet, honored guests,
I have for the past several months been extremely busy and unable to lead any kind of ''movement forward''. I had hoped the council as the governing body of the fleet would take it upon themselves but I realize and understand that it is a very challenging task. How to do it? How to motivate people?
These are very hard tasks but they CAN be overcome if the right, motivated mind is put to it.
Since I have faith in all of our council members I will delegate my rank and authority to each and everyone of them for 3 weeks each (with the possibility of a one week extension). They will effectively be FLEET ADMIRAL and have the same powers under the constitution as if myself and Jesse had left. I will place myself on semi-leave and will not interfere with the progress, I will advise if asked to however for the time being I will take the rank and powers associated with the rank of Rear Admiral.
Since this highly unorthodox idea is not part of any of my ''powers'' under the constitution it required a majority vote to pass in the council chamber. I am pleased to say that it passed and is now effective.
The 6th Seat of the council will begin the new Fleet Admiral rotation and it will end with Admiral Exeter as the last Fleet Admiral before I return.
Congratulations all, the fate of the fleet is in your hands. Shape it's future wisely.
