Esteemed Officers of our Glorious Fleet!

On behalf of our Most Glorious Executive Committee, Most Distinguished Council of Admirals and Most Eminent Privy Council, I would like to announce that our glorious Fleet is henceforth on Blue Alert due to the upcoming social festivities and New Year.

We're very grateful for the kindness and patience with which our Officers have stood by the glorious Federation Command, even in times of lesser activity. As fellow Officers we all know the majesty and power of this glorious Fleet within the Star Trek Community. The whole course of our history, all the evidences of the present situation, proclaim beyond a doubt that our power and prosperity alike depend on the bond that we together have founded.

We wish to grand our Officers a deserved rest for the upcoming holidays and other social activities and wish them well and give them our blessings. Once New Year has come to pass, this glorious Fleet will revert back to Green Alert and a roll-call will be announced by either Starfleet Command or the respective Quadrant Commands.

On behalf of all those mentioned above, may I thank you and a do enjoy your holidays,

Division Admiral Shroombuck
The Privy Council of Federation Command

Well, I figured since I'm already signed in to change my password so that the next time I visit, I won't miss all the posts between now and January (I really hate when that happens) I would add my festive wishes.

Have a merry Christmas everyone and a wonderful New Year's. Enjoy yourselves; the holidays only come once a year =).
Signed,
Captain Janeway

Well, you know what they say: the essence of a professor is to speak during a student's well-deserved nap.

My job is glorious.
